These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) constitute a legally binding agreement by and between Dri by Himadri (“the Firm”) and you and/or any third party accessing the Website through your electronic device, concerning your use of the Website under the name of “www.dribyhimadri.com” (“Website”). By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website. The Terms of Use along with the Privacy Policy extends to both users, who visit the Website but do not transact any business on the Website (“Users / Guests/ you”) as well as users who are registered on the Website to transact business on the Website (“Registered Users”).

The garments sold on the Website are made of the highest quality using the best materials. The Company prides itself in providing attention to detail and craftsmanship. Each piece is handmade and many of the pieces are one of a kind. Any similarity to designs is purely coincidental and the Firm is mindful of any copyright laws.

CHANGES OR MODIFICATION TO THE TERMS

The Firm reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without any obligation and without any notice requirement and for any reason, to change, revise or reissue the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy and to suspend and/or deny access to the Website or portions thereof. The Firm is not bound to provide you with any updates or notice of such revisions to the Terms of Use, and you should visit the Terms of Use regularly to review the applicable terms. Your continued use of the Website signifies your acceptance of any revisions and explicit renewal of your consent to such revisions. The Terms of Use control the relationship between the Firm and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.

SERVICES OFFERED

The Website provides products for sale, investment, other related information such as trading,pricing and news in relation to materials, fabrics, designs, fashion, styling and more. The Website offers services to both Users and Registered Users who wish to purchase occasional and festive wear clothing available on the Website for personal consumption. You may receive recommendations from an inhouse stylist, a list of clothing and styles that would be of your interest. However, you agree and acknowledge the Firm does not guarantee any of these recommendations and you shall, under no circumstances, hold the Firm liable for any loss and/or damage suffered by placing reliance on these recommendations.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

There is a possibility that a product ordered by a User and/or Registered User might not be available/ be out of stock at the time of/ after placing an order. This may occur before we are able to post a notification on the Website. In such cases, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.

PRICING OF PRODUCTS

Data available on the Website, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed due to system errors. The Firm reserves the right to correct any and all errors when they occur. However, we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. The prices on the Website are subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. The prices of the products listed on the Website are fixed and not negotiable. Pricing of the collection may vary upon the cost of the fabrics and other elements used to make and stitch the cloth. All pricing information available on the Website must be used as a general guideline for the prices of our product.

ORDERS

You can purchase products available on the Website by adding them to your shopping cart, proceeding to checkout and fulfilling the payment obligations. It must be noted that orders are normally considered complete only after the payment has been received by the Firm.

The Firm requires a User/ Guest to register on the Website in the process of checking out. 

CARE

Each of our pieces is hand-crafted and made with a lot of love and care. We use hand-loom/organic fabrics. Our detailings are also hand-done, and we use one of a kind buttons/trims/patches/embroideries.

We request you to look after each piece with utmost care. All pieces are colour tested, but we mention specific care instructions for each piece on our website. Please do read these carefully. Also read the tags on the inside of the garments carefully. Some pieces are dry clean only. The right care is necessary to maintain longevity of handcrafted pieces.

Since we work largely with handloom cotton, there is bound to be slight colour bleeding for the first few washes for certain colours only. So please follow the wash care instructions mentioned. With each wash the fabric only gets softer.

PAYMENT

All complete payments need to be made online via the payment gateway only through any debit or credit cards of Indian Banks, net banking or payment wallet as provided on the Website for the order to be finalised and placed with the Firm. The User shall be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes in addition to the price of products disclosed on the Website.
